Collective Accountability
I want you all…
We are all…
This is our…
And so it goes on.
It is our view that single point accountability in each and every situation is the best basis for a successful culture. When a collective, a group, is held accountable then inevitably no one person feels accountable.
Our accountabilities are those things against which our conduct and/or performance can be judged. And to feel fully accountable we need to have that sense of: ‘The buck starts with me and stops with me on this issue’.
Collective accountability is a decoy tactic; a smokes and mirrors exercise…an anathema to high performance.
